場地細則
- 所有預約以本店收妥款項為準，任何原因及提早離場款項不設退回，如客人提出改期要求，需更改使用日期及時間，需14日前通知，可收取$500手續費改期一次；少於14日前通知改期，預約則無法改期，預約亦會如期進行。
- 本場地嚴禁吸煙，如發現客人在場內吸煙、嘔吐、濺濕設施而引致額外清潔，需付港元 $500作為額外清潔費賠償；如發生多次會額外再收取。
- 客人如使用任何廚房的設備，必須離開前自行清理。如發現未清洗好用具，一律收取清潔費為港元 $200。
- 請客人遵照預約時間準時進場和離場，如完結後超時逾15分鐘將被視為加時1小時，如需臨時加鐘，本店會按實際情況酌情處理，本店有權要求客人即時離場。
- 損壞物資及設施，需照價賠償。
- 入內除鞋，場地提供拖鞋，如有需要請自備拖鞋。
- 客人可自攜食物及飲品進場，請注意場地清潔。
- 請愛惜使用場地，必須保持場地清潔，客人移動場內設施請於交場前還原 。
- 嚴禁在場內掟蛋糕、發放紙炮，特別清潔費為港元$500。
- 嚴禁攜帶違禁及危險物品，煙花和粉塵之類易燃物品進場。
- 房間內禁止在牆身上佈置及使用紙屑，彩帶，木屑或噴漆物料，會收取維修費用。
- 請勿將房內任何設備及東西帶出房門外，如被發現會被視為偷竊行為。
- 本店會保障所有設備正常運作，但不能排除發生設備失靈或故障，恕本店未能為此提供任何補償。
- 客人如發現遺留物件，本店恕不負責，客人需要一天內通知，並於一個星期內領取，逾時本店職員將會自行處理。
- 如因大廈維修、裝修、停電、水災、火災、電梯停運、或其他外在因素或意外，本店一概不負責及提供任何補償且訂金不設退回。
- 活動進行時請小心個人安全，本店將不會就任何在場內發生的意外傷亡事故，財物遺失任或損壞負責（包括但不限於因個人不當行為，健康或意外而引起的事故）。
※場地使用者須遵守本店的「場地細則」。
※場地使用者若違反本規則，本中心有權即時停止其租用場地之權利。
※場地使用者須服從場地管理人員的決定以及安排，並予配合！

Venue Details
- All bookings are subject to payment received by the store. No refunds will be given for any reason and early departure. If the guest requests to reschedule, the date and time of use will need to be changed. 14 days' notice is required in advance, and a handling fee of HKD$500 will be charged for rescheduling. If you notify us of rescheduling less than 14 days in advance, the appointment will not be rescheduled and the appointment will be carried out as originally planned.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in this venue, if guests are found to smoke, vomit or splash wet facilities in the venue, additional cleaning fees of HKD$500 will be charged; If it happens more than once, it will be charged again.
- Guests are required to clean up any kitchen equipment before leaving. If the utensils are found to have not been cleaned properly, a cleaning fee of HKD$200 will be charged.
- Please follow the reserved time to enter and leave the venue on time, if the overtime exceeds 15 minutes after the end of the time, it will be regarded as an extra hour of extra time, if there is a need for temporary extra clock, the hotel will deal with it according to the actual situation, and the hotel has the right to ask the guest to leave the venue immediately.
- Compensation for damaged materials and facilities is required.
- Slippers are provided at the venue except for shoes, please bring your own slippers if necessary.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the venue.
- Please take care of the use of the venue, you must keep the venue clean, and please restore the facilities in the venue before handing over the venue.
- Cake and paper cannons are strictly prohibited in the venue, and a special cleaning fee of HKD$500 is required.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring prohibited and dangerous items, flammable items such as fireworks and dust.
- It is forbidden to install and use paper scraps, ribbons, wood chips or spray paint materials on the walls in the room, and maintenance fees will be charged.
- Please do not take any equipment or things out of the room, as it will be considered theft.
- We will ensure the normal operation of all equipment, but we cannot rule out the failure or malfunction of the equipment, and we will not provide any compensation for this.
- If you find something left behind, we are not responsible, you need to notify within one day, and pick it up within one week, after the time of the hotel, our staff will deal with it by themselves.
- The store will not be responsible for any compensation for building maintenance, renovation, power outage, flood, fire, elevator outage, or other external factors or accidents, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please take care of your personal safety during the event, and we will not be responsible for any accidental death, injury, loss or damage to property (including but not limited to accidents caused by personal misconduct, health or accidents) that occur at the venue.
*Venue users must comply with the "Venue Rules" of the store.
※If the venue user violates these rules, the center has the right to terminate the rental of the venue immediately.
※Venue users must obey the decision and arrangement of the venue management and cooperate!
In case of any dispute, the interpretation and decision of the store shall be final.
